Those were some pretty heavy-duty resume's for an opening at a small D-3 school like Northland, no offense to Northland. However, those are the types of individuals one often sees applying for mid-major D-1 jobs. Northland being a private school, perhaps the salary was above the D-3 norm ....

Not surprised Engen got the job, considering his ties to the state of Wisconsin.
