WI Starz AAU program is holding a fall Varsity HS league @Salvation Army on the east side this fall. I attended last week and it looks like the league includes the cream of the crop in the Madison Area. Some videos are up on their website www.wisconsinstarz.com under the "Fall League link"

It's to my understanding they are paying a fee that allows them to do that.

Hey, it can be a slow time of year for HS basketball, so I thought id let people know that there is something going on @ Salvation Army, there wasnt a big crowd watching so I didnt know if people knew about it. I dont think it matters whether its the starz, force, spartans, swing or whoever. most of those kids dont play for the starz anyway so whats the difference.

Talk about a poor fit system-wise.

Assad is actually coming into his own at JMM. He is really being challenged by the better competition that he faces on a daily, being one of Hennssey's boys. I think that JMM will be a little bit different team this year than the past as they are a little bit bigger and more physical instead of quicker and faster.

Yea but it's too bad he isn't going to be eligible this year. He hasn't established residency in the Madison Memorial school district, his whole family would have to move. Apparently he was living with Hennesey or Maymons? He won't be playing this season of HS Basketball at Memorial.

It is my understanding that he has had his legal guardians changed. I would be more surprised if he does not play this year.
