Adam Crowson of the Sauk Prairie Eagle is reporting head coach Tom Horne has resigned. He seems to indicate there may be more info coming, although not sure what that means.

More on this one:

So he was coaching here and living in Valparaiso, Indiana and going back there every weekend? Wow.

Anyone want to make a wager that we see a former multiple-time State Champion coach take over at Bay Port?

I think Jorgy is happy bow hunting as many days as possible in the fall. I would seriously doubt that he would pull an Urban Meyer an d return to the sidelines. But who knows.

Who said I was talking about Jorgenson?

Were you talking about the guy from Ashwaubenon? Coach G? He is the only other multiple state championship winning coach from the area that I can think of. And the post after yours mentioned Jorgy so I was referenceing that post mainly.

In Any case there seemed to be a lot of negative posts on the article, Cant see why so many would be happy to see someone that was that successful go. Weird.

Clay Iverson in Mukwonago!

Good hire. He should get Mukwonago back into the playoffs.

Phenomenal hire by Mukwonago.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Pewaukee, which at this point is the one shining beacon in the cesspool of mediocrity that is Woodland football.

Great hire for Muk, I think Clay Iverson will do a great job. I would assume some of the candidates that looked at Mukwonago will look at Pewaukee.

I have heard that Gary Westerman (sp?) of Pulaski is going to Bay Port, that would be an interesting move considering he just got to Pulaski. He is a two time state champ as an assistant at Kimberly, so maybe thats who your speaking of.

Kind of a crappy thing to do by both Westerman and Bay Port. Should be interesting when these two teams play going forward.

What happened in Marinette? That guy just got there and I thought that he was a younger guy.
