Absolutely!! The size of the district. The fact that kids come from all over the city to attend these schools. The fact that many people come to the games NOT necessarily to just support athletics. It definitely makes for a more "intense" atmosphere.

Now - if Riverside players were fighting near the end of the game I would be very surprised if "certain" players were involved.

Having known the Triggs brothers and knowing many people who know them - I have seen or heard nothing but great things about their sportsmanship and character. So - I guess until we know what happened and who was involved - we should not pass judgment.

60-47 was the final for Riverside/King.

Riverside shot 12-30 from the FT line. Phil Nolan was 1-8.

King jumped out to a 23-6 first quarter lead.

From the last text I received, the straw that "broke the camel's back" was when Phil Nolan pushed Anthony Hatfield.
