No he hasn't. He hasn't played a collegiate game yet.
He appears to be a D1 talent, but until he steps on the floor, you can't crown him one. He's not an Anthony Davis or Kyrie Irving type of player that you know will make a smooth, immediate transition to the college game. I think there's still some questions about his game that need to be answered (from the little I've seen anyway).
There have been a lot of misses from Wisconsin over the years. Okey, Butch (decent career, but far from expectations), Stiemsma, Gavinski. I think it's fair to question Dekker's skills.
