Wisconsin dictating getting the ball deep into the paint on offense and has forced a few turnovers, but American has responded with 4-5 from the field to tie it at 10 in the early going.

^ Just the type of anomaly that will somehow burn the Badgers...

Badgers extremely cold on offense, only scoring 3 points in the last 9:30.

They are shooting terrible right now. Nice shot there for Dekker. Need to hit a few shots and get things going the other way.

Badgers tie it up at 20 with less than four minutes left in the first half.

Need to be quicker. American will take the open jumper all day long when we collapse down on Wroblicky and he makes a great pass out to the wing or the top of the key. They're falling now, and I'm sure they'll keep that clip going.

Plus, Frank's in foul trouble. Am I terrible for wanting another big body on him? (Looking at Even Anderson or even Vitto Brown...)

Really gotta like how Brust has developed into a much more complete offensive player.

They seemed too content to rely on their perimeter game when American went on a 12-0 run. Want to see some interior presence going forward in this game.

Ben Brust is kicking it in the ass for us singlehandedly and I love it. Shall we just continue to pull away from here?

Classic Bucky..... slow start, but now we're getting our stride. They just got to keep the foot on the gas pedal coming out of the half.

Fingers crossed that it's nothing serious for Dekker.

Badgers certainly woke offensively in the second half to put the game away in their favor. The next game Wisconsin will have should be intriguing - BYU (whose leading scorer (Collinsworth) is out for the tournament with an injury suffered in the WAC conference tournament title game) or Oregon (who is guided by former Creighton coach Dana Altman).

I couldn't catch the 2nd half. what happened? From the looks of the score, the starters probably should have been pulled by then?

Apparently tweaked his knee. Dekker said in post-game that all he needs is a little ice and he'll be ready for Saturday.
