Holy cupcake of a schedule that would be. We miss Indiana, but wow, that schedule is a cakewalk. I think by then Indiana won't be a team people are thrilled to play. Not a real contender for a championship, but dangerous on a game-by-game basis. That program and Minnesota look to be on the rise.

I laughed just as hard at that. Ms Moore kept her composure and "played along" quite well. By doing doing so, I think she made Colbert look foolish and appear to really be reaching on many of his comebacks. I had the exact opposite view of Colbert, I thought it most of it was extremely quick-witted. For a non-comedian Moore did play along quite well, I agree.

This, combined with the eventual debut of Google Glass, makes me feel like we're starting to cross the line as far as where technology should take us.

Trust me, things like this happen all the time, every day. Don't be surprised. Makes me think of the Hobby Lobby situation. I just hope all the younger people out there are paying attention to what's going on. All this is going to get worse in 2014. As far as this Collins thing- I had never heard of him. Don't follow basketball like I used to, but still... Don't understand why the big deal about him? I understand he was engaged/or had this girlfriend for 8 years and left her hanging. Wasn't honest with her. Now this guy is is praised by the media for his "courage?" When I hear the word "courage", I think of other things like our men and women in uniform fighting overseas, police officers, firefighters, ER personnel, etc.
There are different types of ways to show courage. There are probably some gay military personnel who are impressed by the courage Collins has shown. I don't think it will truly be breaking a major barrier until a major athlete comes out--if things get too tough for this guy to deal with, he can always walk away considering he's 34. But I think sometimes it takes people like Collins to give others in his sport courage to come out. Also, really incredible article about Vince Lombardi and how he treated black and gay players as a result of the discrimination he faced as an Italian. http://espn.go.com/new-y...ardi-proud-jason-collins High five for the different ways to show courage comments . As for a major athlete coming out , Martina Navratilova came out and preceded to appear in the Wimbledon Singles Final 9 straight years , Billie Jean King was outed in the very same year , her personal and financial life was destroyed . Kudos for Jason Collins getting rid of his forced shame but there is only one reason this story is news . By "major sport athlete," people are referring to NBA/NFL/MLB/NHL. As big as those names are, women's tennis isn't nearly on the same radar here as those other sports, and those athletes weren't on teams.

He's the first active athlete in a major sport here to come out. He broke a barrier. That's noteworthy regardless of your opinion of him.

I don't like the MSU pick. That offense looks way too shaky to give them a #1 spot in a balanced division. I'd probably switch them and Michigan. I think Minnesota is going to improve enough to finish higher than where they're at, too.

I bought it for the first time in years last year and the Franchise mode just seemed stripped down to nothing. Returned it within a couple weeks, no plans to buy again.
