If you have respect for the coach.. it's effective.
Organization and team rules both signed by parent and athlete sets the stage.
Open communication between parent, coach and athlete is a must.
I can only share my experiences. It takes one example and a parent in full agreement
to set the stage for all the rest. It works.
Learned from the best...no running laps, no sprints.
