Besides, umpires like it or not a human thus they make mistakes. It was a joke. You said you were an umpire, so I'm also well aware that they make plenty of mistakes.

I thought that a batted ball striking a runner means you are out, no matter if someone can get you or not. I totally agree with you. I still don't buy the ruling. Let's say a runner is on second. That ball hitting the runner and bouncing who knows where just prevented the outfielder from making a play at the plate. By rule outfielder does not matter in this play I know it doesn't by rule, I'm just saying it doesn't make sense.

Just imagine if Parker's shot had gone in I'm glad you pointed that out. I thought the same thing during the telecast, but the announcers didn't say anything so I thought I was wrong with the rules. That would have caused some crazy debates if the shot went in.

Incredible is people are surprised this happened. It's the NBA the officiating is always terrible. The announcers also said Manu's elbow would have been a flagrant if it wasn't the finals! Big deal move on! You shouldn't watch if you are expecting to see basketball officiated how it should be.

If you're such a stickler for traveling, where is your gripe with the standard quota of 12 or 13 that LeBron got away with tonight? I wish they were all called so I'm not sure what you are getting at. Don't whine about a foul that's not called when another violation wasn't called is all I'm saying.

He took a Euro step, didn't see the travel. If you want to go there, according to the rules as they're written, Ray clearly traveled before his game winning 3 pointer. I don't care who wins so I couldn't care less if ray traveled. I'm just saying Manu traveled before he was fouled. Also, any other coach would be getting hung right now but Pop is getting a free pass. Parker on the bench. Come on. Spo is lucky they pulled that out. Letting wade take a mid range jumper as time is winding down up 1 in OT. That's a reason to be fired on the spot.
