Competing in many different sports helps you improve in many ways, including improving in the other sports. Many different muscles are built, it makes you more competitive and also more dedicated.”
Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: “The toughest part of playing three sports is the time management aspect and that eventually you do get tired, but there are many opportunities for breaks.”
