Athlete of the Week Nominees, February 10-16

Below are the Sport Ngin Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of February 10-16. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

Erik Christopherson, Melrose-Mindoro boys basketball, finished with 40 points and 8 threes in an overtime win against D4 #7 Blair-Taylor on Thursday, 97-92. On Tuesday, he scored 27 points in a 85-68 victory over Bangor. 

Kari Clements, Wilmot girls basketball, scored a career-high 30 points on 12-for-16 shooting, including 6-for-6 from behind the arc in the Panthers 66-38 win over Westosha Central on Tuesday. She also finished with 19 points and went over 1,000 career points in their 60-39 victory against Burlington on Friday. 

Mason Domask, Waupun boys basketball, scored 34 points in a 55-53 overtime win against Sheboygan Falls on Thursday. He also netted 28 points in the Warriors 60-57 victory over Omro on Tuesday. Mason went 24-for-25 from the free throw line in the two wins. 

Natisha Hiedeman, Green Bay Southwest girls basketball, scored her 1,000th career point and finished with 26 in their 56-53 overtime win against Pulaski on Friday. She also tallied 23 points in the Trojans 61-42 victory against Sheboygan South on Monday. 

Caleb Schroer, Wisconsin Rapids boys hockey, record a hat trick and added an assist in the Cardinals 6-1 win over Wausau East on Thursday. He also scored a goal and finished with two assist in their 3-2 upset victory against No. 4 Wausau West on Tuesday.
