Cory Cegelski of Green Bay Preble boys track and field has been selected as the Sport Ngin Athlete of the Week for the week of March 31 through April 6 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 3,359 votes this week with Cegelski receiving 1,483 of them. Mitch Ebben of Shiocton baseball finished in second with 1,355 votes. 

Cegelski won the triple jump and ran a leg of the winning 800-meter relay. He also finished in the top five in the 55-meter dash and the long jump at the WTFA meet at UW-Whitewater.

Mitch earned co-athlete of the WTFA Indoor Championships at UW-Whitewater. He shared the honor with teammate Robert Starnes.
