Senior Softball Awards: Infielder/Catcher Finalists

Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN Senior Softball Awards.

The pre-season watch list has been trimmed down to five finalists. Winners are announced the week of the softball state tournament.

WSN Senior Softball Awards -- Infielder/Catcher Finalists:

Brooke Baldwin, La Crosse Central: She is hitting .568 with 5 home runs and 33 RBI. Brooke also has 41 runs scored and 12 stolen bases. Brooke was a Third Team WFSCA All-State selection as an outfielder last season. 

Mallory Klotz, New Berlin West: Kotz carried a .614 batting average with 40 runs scored and 21 RBI. She also walked 22 times for the Vikings. Last season she was chose as an Honorable Mention WFSCA All-State player. 

Meg Krautsch, Oshkosh West: She had another impressive season both at the plate and in the field for the Wildcats. Last season she was a First Team WFSCA All-State choice and helped Oshkosh West to the state tournament. 

Larkin Langston, Westosha Central: She is hitting .500 with 7 home runs and 37 RBI this season. Larkin has also scored 30 runs for the Falcons who are ranked No. 2 in the WFSCA Coaches Poll and the defending Division 1 Champs. 

Jamee Schleis, Green Bay East: In FRCC play (14 games) she hit .625 with 4 home runs, and 29 RBI. Jamee also scored 24 runs and stole 11 bases. She was a First Team All-FRCC pick last season and will play softball at Winona St next season.
