Sport Ngin Athlete of the Week: Connor Hoell, New London
Connor Hoell of New London football has been selected as the Sport Ngin Athlete of the Week for the week of September 1 through 7 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net.
This week there were 2,108 total votes with Hoell receiving 960 of them. Rob Hoesley of Arcadia football finished second with 492 votes.
Hoell carried the ball 22 times for 202 yards and 4 touchdowns and caught a pass for 28 yards in the Bulldogs 47-28 win over Winneconne.
New London (1-2) travels to Denmark (1-2) on Friday night to play the Vikings.
