What games not on this year's football schedule would you love to see?

With over 400 teams divided among more than 60 conferences and 7 divisions in a state the size of Wisconsin, it's inevitable that some match-ups we'd love to see will never materialize. That doesn't prevent us from wishing and hoping however.

On Twitter (follow me at @travisWSN) and on our message board, I posed the question of which games not on the schedule this year people would most like to see, and why. Below are some of the responses. Feel free to sound off in the comments section below as well.

Via Twitter:

nate runde @Runde23
reedsburg vs lacrosse Logan rematch of last year level 2 playoff

Keith Baumgartner @bummy522
this year: Edgar-Athens 10 miles separates what looks like 2 very good teams; every year: Colby-Mosinee used to be bitter rivals

Paul Kilgas @PaulKilgas
Neenah vs. Menasha - sister cities tied together for generations. Both have NC games now. M 5-0 N 4-1

John Casper Jr. @johncasperjr
Marquette vs Catholic Memorial. Greatest game I ever saw was in 94 when MUHS won in OT, not that I'm biased or anything.

Via our message board:

dfnewburry:
Lake Holcombe / Cornell v Flambeau, Gilman, Ladysmith in football. Regardless of the outcome those a better rivalries than the current Lakeland mistake.

blake12:
Kimberly vs Fond du Lac

ggfalcon:
Would love to see the top 4 from Division 5 rankings vs. the top 4 from the Division 3 or 4 rankings. Wonder how Lancaster, Arcadia, Stanley-Boyd and Amherst would fare against the top teams from D3 and D4. I think all four of those D-5 teams are very strong.

Those are a few opinions on the subject, sound off on what match-ups you wish you could see this season in the comments below.
