With a vote looming at April's WIAA Annual Meeting on the Success Factor developed by the Competitive Equity Committee, the WIAA has produced an 18-minute video which was sent to all schools today. The video is moderated by WISC-TV Sports Director Jay Wilson and includes Committee members: The Prairie School Athletic Director Sandy Freres, Homestead Director of Activities Ryan Mangan, and Sauk Prairie Principal Chad Harnisch.

The video allows the committee members to provide further information on the history of the issue, concerns of schools, how the process worked, and why the Success Factor was selected for advancement at the Annual Meeting.
