Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of January 19 through 25. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: January 19-25

Carter Belling, Kaukauna boys basketball, scored 31 points in the Ghosts 75-70 double overtime win against Neenah on Friday. Belling also scored 20 points in Kaukauna's 63-57 win over Oshkosh North on Tuesday. 

Brandon Eckford, Milwaukee Bay View boys basketball, scored a career-high 39 points and reached 1,000 career points in the Redcats 90-83 win over Milwaukee North on Friday. Eckford is averaging 17.2 points per game for the 4-10 Redcats. 

Shakeela Fowler, Milwaukee King girls basketball, scored a game-high 22 points while adding 10 steals and 5 assists in the Generals 57-53 win over No. 1 and previously unbeaten Waukesha West on Tuesday. Fowler also finished with 17 points, 8 assists, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals in their 77-62 victory over Milwaukee Riverside on Friday. Shakeela is averaging 16.8 points, 5.5 assists, and 3.2 steals per game for the No. 5 General who have a 12-1 record. 

Kira Opsal, Verona girls basketball, scored 20 points in the Wildcats 53-45 win over No. 6 Janesville Craig, handing the Cougars their first Big 8 loss of the season. Opsal is averaging 12.5 points per game for the 12-2 Wildcats. 

Tony Stillwell, Notre Dame boys hockey, finished with a goal and added 2 assists in the Tritons 5-0 win over Eau Claire Memorial who entered the game ranked No. 1 in the Wis Prep Hockey Top 10. Stillwell has 5 goals and 5 assists for the 13-5-1 Tritons who are ranked No. 2.
