Dominican's Diamond Stone has been selected as the top senior Post player as part of the WSN Senior Boys Basketball Awards.

One of the most dominating post players in Wisconsin prep basketball history, Stone has played huge roles in helping Dominican to the last three WIAA Division 4 state titles. He will attempt to join Ryan Tillema of Randolph as the only starting players in state history to win four state basketball titles this weekend when Dominican competes in the WIAA State Tournament.

Stone is averaging 24.0 points, 11.8 rebounds and 3.0 blocked shots per game while shooting 69 percent from the field and 72 percent from the free throw line.

A McDonald's All-American, Stone has narrowed his list of potential schools to Wisconsin, Maryland, Connecticut and Oklahoma State. He is ranked as the No. 7 player in the country in the class of 2015 by ESPN.

Finalists for the award were Stone, River Valley's Brandon Gilbeck, Neenah's Matt Heldt, Racine Case's Darion King and Stoughton's Nick McGlynn.

Past winners of the award include Davante Jackson of Brown Deer (2014), Luke Fischer of Germantown (2013), and Luke Heller of D.C. Everest (2012).

WSN Senior Basketball Awards are selected by WisSports.net staff.
