Favorite Sport: "Wrestling. It's by far the toughest sport, both mentally and physically. It also teaches essential life qualities such as commitment, work ethic and mental toughness. But what I like most about wrestling is that you cannot only excel individually, but there's also the team aspect of wrestling. By wrestling the same people pretty much every day in practice, you get to know every one really well. There is a great bond between the team and the coaches, which makes a long season very fun."

Best Part of High School Sports: "Getting to compete against people the same age that have the same goals. The opportunity to get out there every time with a chance to win is what makes competing fun because anything can happen in sports."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "Donny, my wrestling coach, taught me how to be mentally tough. He always told us that if you believe in something and work for it, it can be accomplished. Always have confidence in everything you do because if there is any doubt, you probably won't be successful."

Most Memorable Moments in High School Sports: "Giving up a 55-yard touchdown pass against Valders with 16 left and then returning the kickoff to our 20 yard line. We then got a touchdown pass as time expired. It was exciting for everyone because Valders has been our rival for a number of years. Wrestling in the Kohl Center is also a memorable moment. Just being in that atmosphere and looking up at the thousands of fans is something I will never forget."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "Playing three sports keeps things different and fun. After one season is done, you always have something to look forward to and new goals to reach."

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: I got injured my sophomore and junior years of football so I would have to say the wear and tear that is puts on your body. Being so active, injuries are bound to happen so the most you can do is stay positive and keep working hard. After each game or match you are most likely going to be sore so taking care of your body is very important."

Favorite Opponent: "Wrightstown in wrestling. Our coach is the son of the coach from Wrightstown so this has caused a pretty fun rivalry between the two schools. It's usually a pretty cool dual meet to be involved with battling for the Workhorse Trophy, and has also created a good relationship between the two schools away from wrestling. It's too bad we won't be in the same conference next year."

Favorite Professional Teams: Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers

Favorite Professional Athletes: Aaron Rodgers, JJ Watt, Johnny Manziel

Favorite College Teams: Wisconsin Badgers, Oregon Ducks

Cumulative GPA: 3.33

Toughest Individual You've Competed Against: "Devin Lemanski of Edgar. I lost to him twice my senior year, which included a 1-0 loss in the state semifinals and he eventually won state. He was just a great wrestler who was rarely caught off balance and hard to score on."

Most Admired High School Teammate: "Jo Brandt and Grant Wedepohl. I've been best friends with them since grade school. Though football and wrestling, you learn to be there for there for one another through the good times and through the adversity that you sometimes face."

College Plans: "I will attend UW-Oshkosh and major in marketing."

Activities Outside of Sports: Future Farmers Association, Future Business Leaders of America, help out with many youth events.

I Find it Relaxing to: "Milk cows on my dads farm on nice summer days."

Favorite TV show: "Don't watch enough television."

Favorite Movie: Steph Brothers, We're The Millers

Favorite Musical Artists: "Anything country. Luke Bryan, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church."

Favorite Subject: Business

Favorite Restaurant: Culver's, Buffalo Wild Wings

Favorite Website: Eastbay, Twitter, Instagram

Other Family Members: Bob, father; Betsy, mother; Erica, Amberlee, older sisters; Austin, younger brother; Cole, younger brother
