Team and individual champions were crowned at the State Track and Field Meet in La Crosse on Friday and Saturday.

In the Team Rankings, Bay Port ran away with the Division 1 boys title, scoring 67 points to easily best Wisconsin Lutheran's 48. Freedom scored a similar victory in D2, finishing 20 points ahead of second-place Milwaukee Lutheran. Division 3 provided the most intrigue, as Marathon's 42 points edged Newman Catholic's 41 by the slimmest of margins, and Cambridge was not far behind with 37.

On the girls' side, Whitefish Bay was the Division 1 champion ahead of second-place Middleton. After taking home the runner-up trophy by just a point last year, the Dodgeville-Mineral Point co-op won the D2 title by a single point ahead of Mount Horeb. Four teams finished within 4 points of each other at the top of the standings. Cuba City captured the Division 3 trophy over Saint Mary's Springs.
