Cade Garzee of La Crosse Central boys' soccer has been selected as the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week for the week of August 24 through 30 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 1,737 votes this week with Garzee receiving 669 of them. Amadou Daff of Madison East football finished second with 500 votes. 

Garzee scored 5 goals and added an assist in the Red Raiders 10-0 win over Menomonie on opening night. He also scored a goal in their 4-0 win over Baraboo on Thursday.
