Michael Chorowicz, Kohler/Sheb. Lutheran/Christian has been selected as the Week 3 Air National Guard Player of the Week following a statewide vote on WisSports.net. Chorowicz made an impact in multiple ways as the team topped Mishicot to open the season at 3-0. He was chosen from a strong group of nominees in Week 3. A total of 4023 votes were cast, as Chorowicz's 1337 were enough to edge second place Sam Leibbrand of Whitewater, who tallied 1215.

Kohler/Sheboygan Lutheran/Christian moved to 3-0 (received forfeit win vs Cedar Grove-Belgium in Week 1 after CGB used an ineligible player) on the season with a 33-26 victory over Mishicot Friday night. The co-op program is just one conference win away from being playoff-eligible, as it has never made the playoffs as a co-op. None of the teams in the co-op have made the playoffs since Kohler did so in 1999. The performance by Michael Chorowicz against Mishicot was outstanding, as he hauled in 7 receptions for a state-best 258 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also recorded 11 solo tackles and an interception on defense, while adding a 50-yard kickoff return (not for a TD) as well.
