Week 6 Rushing Leaders

Saint Francis moved within one conference victory of clinching a playoff spot, knocking off previously undefeated Brookfield Academy 56-18. Evander Craft had another huge game, carrying it 36 times for 343 yards and 4 touchdowns for the Mariners and head coach Doug Sarver.

Week 6 Passing Leaders

As is often the case, being on top of the passing yards list doesn't guarantee a lot of team success. This week, the top three passers in the state all came from losing teams. Delavan-Darien's Jake Benzing certainly gave it all he had in a 35-31 defeat at the hands of Burlington. He completed 32 of 56 passes for 405 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Week 6 Receiving Leaders

We aren't used to seeing Saint Mary's Springs players towards the top of the rankings in the passing game, and while Ledgers' receiver Tyler Wiza led the state with 250 receiving yards to go with 2 touchdown catches on 10 passes, his appearance at the top wasn't necessarily a good thing. Springs trailed Omro most of the way and had to throw it often, as Omro pulled away late for a 37-20 victory, despite more than 540 yards of offense by Springs.
