Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of September 21 through 27. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: September 21-27

Adam Erickson, McDonell Central/Regis boys' soccer, scored 4 goals and added 2 assists in their 7-1 win over Newman Catholic on Monday. Erickson also finished with 2 assists in their 4-2 victory against Pacelli on Thursday. 

Jenna Hoffstatter, Stanley-Boyd girls' volleyball, finished with 98 assists and 30 digs to help the Orioles' win the Medford Invite on Saturday, going 5-0 on the day. 

Sean Mattek, Sheboygan Falls football, compiled 240 yards on 23 carries and 4 touchdowns in their 35-6 win over rival Two Rivers on Friday. He also finished with 6 tackles in the victory. The win secures the Falcons' first playoff birth since 2011. 

Maddy Rondeau, Catholic Memorial girls' volleyball, helped the Crusaders capture the Lynn LaPorte Sprawl championship in West Bend on Saturday. Catholic Memorial defeated DSHA (D1 #1), Brookfield Central (D1 #6), East Troy (D2 #3), and Burlington (D1 #2) in the tournament. Rondeau finished with 14 assists, 6 kills, 5 digs, and 2 blocks in the Crusaders 2-1 win over Burlington in the title match. 

Derek Waleffe, Middleton boys' soccer, scored a goal in the Cardinals' 2-0 win over Eau Claire Memorial, who entered the week ranked No. 5 in the Division 1 WSCA Rankings. Waleffe also finished with a goal and an assist in a 2-2 tie against Madison East on Friday.
