Week 8 Rushing Leaders

A statline of 37 carries for 363 yards and 7 touchdowns is incredibly impressive for any player. For a quarterback to do it is unprecedented. In a 48-39 victory over Fort Atkinson that kept the team's playoff hopes alive, that's the performance turned in by Madison Edgewood quarterback Jack Dunn. It sets a new state record for most rushing yards in a single game by a quarterback, and his 7 touchdowns ties a state record for any player.

Week 8 Passing Leaders

Greendale sophomore quarterback Mitchell Gnadt has only been the full-time starter for six games, but the Panthers are 6-0 during that time, as he has helped bring an explosive element back to the team's offense. Never was that more on display than in a Week 8 48-17 win over Whitnall in a Woodland Conference crossover game. He completed 15 of 28 passes for 444 yards and 7 touchdowns. That's an incredible 15.9 yards per attempt and 29.6 yards per completion. His 7 passing touchdowns ties for second on the state's all-time single-game list.
