The New Richmond Tigers have been selected as the Level 3 WisSports.net Team of the Week following a statewide vote on WSN. The team knocked off Medford to continue its outstanding postseason run. The Pacers were chosen from a strong group of nominees in Level 3. A total of 4,662 votes were cast, as New Richmond's 1,580 votes votes narrowly edged Franklin's 1,081.

Coming off one of the postseason's most eye-opening wins over Rice Lake, the Tigers kept things going with a 21-7 victory over Medford to move to the state semi-finals for the first time since 1992, when they took home a runner-up trophy in Division 3. Brady Maus threw for 154 yards and a score, while Sam Altena added a pair of rushing scores for New Richmond, who will face Notre Dame in the semi-finals.
