Ben Stephens of Mount Horeb boys' soccer has been selected as the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week for the week of November 2 through 8 after a statewide vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 1,965 votes this week with Stephens receiving 931 of them. Madeline Mosher of Waterloo girls' volleyball finished second with 833 votes. 

Stephens scored a goal in the 79th minute to lift the Vikings to a 1-0 win over Rice Lake to claim the Division 3 state championship.
