Favorite Sport: "My favorite sport is football. I have always had  strong love for football ever since grade school. I love the physicality of football and the relationships it builds with your teammates. I will miss playing high school football with my team more than anything, but I am beyond excited to play in college and further my career."

Best Part of High School Sports: "The best part of high school sports for me is being able to play with your friends that you have grown up with your entire life. Being able to put in the hard work with people you know and care about makes it that much better. Also, having a community that you have grown up in cheering you on makes it that much more special."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "The best advice that I have received from a coach would be to never have any regrets. Don't go through a season and at the end wish that you worked harder or that you didn't take that day off. That's how I train for my sports. I don't want to ever have the feeling of wishing I would have done more."

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "My most memorable moment in my athletic career so far would be when our football team beat No. 7-ranked Black River Falls in the first round of the playoffs. It was such a great atmosphere with my friends and I something I will never forget. Hopefully, that memory gets overruled with a state wrestling championship this winter."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "The best part of playing three sports is that the different sports help you in different ways. My coaches and parents always told me to do as many sports as you can because it helps you with time management and it helps work different muscles in the different sports you are in. Also, I love competition so the more competitive varsity games I can play, the happier I will be."

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: "The toughest part of playing three sports would be taking care of yourself throughout the year. Never getting a break throughout the year can be hard on your body so you need to have proper nutrition and sleep to stay healthy. My mom has helped me with that a lot throughout high school."

Favorite Opponent: "My favorite opponent would be Rhinelander. We have a good rivalry between us during the wrestling season and we have had a lot of close dual meets and it's always competitive."

Favorite Professional Teams: Miami Dolphins, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks

Favorite Professional Athlete: "Russell Wilson is my favorite professional athlete because he is not only a hard worker and great athlete, but he is a very good person. He always had people doubting him, not because of his athletic ability, but because of his size. He has proved everybody who doubted him wrong."

Favorite College Team: Wisconsin Badgers

Cumulative GPA: 3.60

Toughest Individual You've Competed Against: "Probably Kameron Bornbach from Stratford. We have had some battles in wrestling throughout both middle school and elementary school. Now, we play in the same football conference and have had very competitive games also. We are good friends and he's a very good athlete."

Most Admired High School Teammate: "Dane Borchardt. Dane and I have been wrestling partners since grade school and have played on the same football team that long as well. We always push each other to be better and I couldn't ask for a better friend."

College Plans: "I plan on playing football in college and majoring in biology. I then plan to continue schooling to be a physician assistant."

Activities Outside of Sports: Varsity Club, National Honor Society, Altar Server and Mass reader at St. Mary's Church, deer hunting, duck hunting.

I Find it Relaxing to: "Read classic literature and play Madden on the Xbox."

Favorite TV show: Lost or ESPN

Favorite Movie: The Sandlot

Favorite Musical Artists: Kid Rock, Taylor Swift, Blink 182

Favorite Subject: Science

Favorite Restaurant: Buffalo Wild Wings

Other Family Members: Jerry, father; Alicia, mother; Jerry, big brother; Jordyn, little sister; Jacob, little brother; Louie, dog.

"I would like to say thank you to my family for everything they have done for me in my high school campaign. Big thanks to my sister, Jordyn, for always keeping me humble with a funny comment every now and then. And to my little brother, Jacob, for being my No. 1 fan and allowing me to be his role model. To my older brother, Jerry, for dominating me in every game we played when I was younger so I learned to handle losing. And to my mom for being the strongest woman I have ever met and giving us kids everything we have ever needed. Also to my dad for teaching me everything I know and supporting me in the games that I love. I love you guys."
