Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of December 28 through January 3. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: December 28-January 3

Rebecca Binder, Fond du Lac girls' hockey co-op, finished with 33 saves in the sixth-ranked Warbirds 4-2 win over No. 2 Central Wisconsin on Saturday. Binder posted 27 saves in their 4-3 win over Altoona on Tuesday. 

Carly Graverson, Franklin girls' basketball, was named the MVP of the Christine Rathke Memorial Tournament after leading the Sabers' to the championship. Graverson finished with 16 points and knocked down 10 of 12 free throws in their 61-60 win over Kenosha St. Joseph in the title game. She totaled 25 points, including five three-pointers in their 71-67 win over Milwaukee King on day 1 of the event. Graverson finished with 13 points and hit three triples in the Sabers' 66-63 victory over Germantown in the second day of the Rathke Memorial Tournament. 

Davis Larson, Sheboygan North boys' basketball, finished with 36 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists in the Raiders' 80-72 win over Oconomowoc in the title game of the Raider Shootout on Wednesday. Larson also became the school's all-time leading scorer, surpassing current Sheboygan North assistant Nolan Free with 1,334 career points. 

Bree Porter, Janesville Parker girls' basketball, finished with 21 points and 10 rebounds in their 59-53 comeback win over Sun Prairie in overtime on Saturday. Porter hit 8 of 10 free throws and scored 6 of the Vikings' 8 overtime points. Bree also helped  Parker finish as the JustAgame Holiday Tournament champs earlier in the week. Porter finished with 20 points in their 57-51 win over Waunakee. She tallied 22 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks in the Vikings' 61-29 win over Whitefish Bay in the championship game. 

Jalen Zubich, Onalaska boys' basketball, posted 18 points and knocked down three three-pointers in the Hilltoppers' 62-43 win over Greendale at the Rick Majerus WBY Shootout. The following day at the event, Zubich totaled 17 points with four three-pointers in their 56-36 victory over Wauwatosa East.
