Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN High School Basketball Awards.

The pre-season watch list previously was trimmed to 15 semi-finalists, and now five finalists for the award have been selected. Winners are announced the week of the state tournament. Finalists are eligible for just one of the five awards. There will be a total of 25 finalists for the five awards, five different players for each award.

Senior Boys Basketball Awards -- Post Finalists

Taurus Adams, 6-7, Brown Deer -- One of the top unsigned seniors in Wisconsin, Adams averaged a team-best 21.0 points per game as a senior while leading Brown Deer to a 19-5 record. As a junior, the athletic, versatile and skilled Adams averaged 12.7 ppg and 7.0 rpg while helping Brown Deer to the WIAA Division 3 state title. Adams can play either forward position and is active on the glass and on defense for coach Kelly Appleby and the Falcons.

Tyler Biadasz, 6-4, Amherst -- The University of Wisconsin football recruit uses his 6-foot-4, 270-pound frame to wreak havoc on opponents in the post. Biadasz is averaging 16.0 points, 7.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game for an Amherst squad that is 23-1 heading into today's sectional game against Algoma. He is shooting 58 percent from the field and 62 percent from the foul line. Biadasz scored a career-best 33 points in a triumph over Pacelli, and has more than 1,000 points in his four-year career.

Kaj Days, 6-8, Racine Park -- The vocal leader for a young squad that includes four freshmen, Days is having a big senior season for coach Jim Betker and the Panthers, who enter their sectional semifinal tonight against Milwaukee Marquette with a 22-2 record. Days is leading the team in scoring at 13.9 points per game. He also ranks among team leaders in rebounding, blocked shots and assists. A 3.5 student and four-year varsity performer at Park, Days signed a letter of intent to play college basketball at NCAA Division II Illinois-Springfield last fall.

Jack Flynn, 6-7, Appleton West -- One of the more underrated players in the class of 2016 in Wisconsin, Flynn is a physical and hard-working post player who scores in the lane but can also make mid-range jump shots. He is averaging a team-best 18.3 ppg for the Terrors, who play Oshkosh North in a sectional semifinal today. A first-team all-league pick in the Fox Valley Association, Flynn scored a career-high 32 points in a non-league victory over DeForest and has helped West to an 18-6 record.

Kyle Rutkowski, 6-6, Evansville -- A double-double machine for coach Steve Krupke and the Blue Devils, Rutkowski is averaging 17.9 points and 16.3 rebounds per game as Evansville heads into its WIAA playoff game tonight against East Troy with a 22-3 record. Rutkowski is shooting 64 percent from the field and 54 percent from the free throw line. The 1,000-point scorer and four-year varsity performer had 26 points and 18 rebounds in a victory over McFarland and 20 points and 20 rebounds in a loss to East Troy.
