Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of April 25 through May 1. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: April 25 - May 1

Elijah Cannon, Riverdale baseball: Cannon recorded 25 strikeouts in the Chieftains 4-0 victory against Darlington in 10-innings on Thursday. Elijah struck out the side in the first, second, fifth, sixth, seventh, and tenth innings. He has 42 strikeouts in his last 17 innings pitched. 

Zach Dybul, Mukwonago boys track & field: Dybul cleared 6 feet, 10 inches to win the high jump at the Waukesha North Heimark Northstar Classic. His jump is the best in the state this season. 

Megan Glasbrenner, McFarland girls soccer: Glasbrenner recorded a hat trick in the Spartans' 4-1 win over Delavan-Darien on Monday. She also scored a goal in their 3-1 win over Fort Atkinson and finished with 2 assists in a 2-2 tie against Lodi last week. 

Grace Hartman, Wisconsin Rapids girls track & field: Hartman won the 200 meter dash (25.30), ran a leg of the winning 4x400 meter relay (4:24.05), and helped the Red Raiders to a second place finish in the 4x100 meter relay (52.67) at the Stevens Point Invite on Friday. Grace's time in the 200 meter dash is the best in the state, according the to the wisconsintrackonline.com girls' honor roll. 

Liz Pautz, Pulaski softball: Pautz finished with 31 strikeouts in 19 innings over three games to lead the Red Raiders to the championship of their own invite on Saturday. She pitched a two-hitter and tallied 15 strikeouts, while also hitting a solo home run in their 1-0 win over Hortonville in the first game of the invite. Pautz hit a two-run home run and finished with 6 strikeouts in 5-innings pitched in their 9-4 win against Wausau West. She also struck out 10 hitters in the Red Raiders' 1-0 win over D.C. Everest.
