Liz Pautz of Pulaski softball has been selected as the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week for the week of April 25 through May 1 after a vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 2,868 votes the week with Pautz receiving 961. Elijah Cannon of Riverdale baseball finished second with 890 votes. 

Pautz finished with 31 strikeouts in 19 innings over three games to lead the Red Raiders to the championship of their own invite on Saturday.

She pitched a two-hitter and tallied 15 strikeouts, while also hitting a solo home run in their 1-0 win over Hortonville in the first game of the invite.

Pautz hit a two-run home run and finished with 6 strikeouts in 5-innings pitched in their 9-4 win against Wausau West. She also struck out 10 hitters in the Red Raiders' 1-0 win over D.C. Everest. 

Pulaski is currently 15-1 and ranked No. 7 in this week's WFSCA/WisSports.net Coaches Poll.
