Favorite Sport (and why): "All three sports have given me different opportunities and taught me different lessons. If I had to choose one, it would probably be basketball. I've been playing it the longest and I have met so many of my best friends through playing. It's a fun sport to watch and play."

Best Part of High School Sports: "The best part about high school sports is the support and the friends. Every season is different and so many different memories are made with different
people. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to be so involved and had so many great coaches and teammates."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "Pingel, would you just relax?!"

Most Memorable Moment in High School Sports: "Being at state for track has definitely been something I won't forget. Standing on the podium with the teammates that got you there is a really cool thing. One other memory would be playing basketball against Whitewater for the regional final junior year. We lost, but it was the most fun I've had in a game."

Best Part of Playing Three Sports: "I like being involved in things and sports definitely helps me do that. I love all the people I have gotten to know better. We have great coaches that have built successful teams and its really fun to be a part of something like that."

Toughest Part of Playing Three Sports: "The tough part about three sports is that you never really get a break. When one sport ends, the other has already started. It gets pretty busy but that's the fun in it."

Favorite Opponent: "I don't really have a favorite opponent but if I had to choose one it would be going against Jefferson in track. Racing against Mikaela Grant in the hurdles is always fun even though she usually beats me :). She is a very determined and amazing athlete and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. All those girls are extremely respectable people and opponents and I really appreciate how great they are. They always make it fun to compete against them."
