The high school basketball seasons have been finished for several months, but for some of the top boys and girls hoops players in the state, there is one more chance to lace up the sneakers in a competitive environment before moving on to college or calling it a career.

The Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Games are set for this weekend at the Court of Champions facility at JustAGame Fieldhouse in Wisconsin Dells. Girls games begin at 9 am on Friday, June 17th, continuing through the Division 1 contest at 4 pm. Boys games will be held on Saturday, June 18th with the same schedule. Admission is available at the door for $10 per day.

The games will be broadcast live on TimeWarnerCable Sports. Check your local listings for availability.

The WBCA All-Star Games serve as a fundraiser for the MACC Fund. Since partnering with the MACC Fund in 1978, the WBCA has contributed more than $2.2 million through player and coach fundraising efforts. Started in 1976 by Bucks player and current television announcer Jon McGlocklin, the Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer has contributed $56 million to childhood cancer and related blood disorder research.
