Yaeggi finished 33-of-49 for 401 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in UW-La Crosse's 32-22 loss to No. 2-ranked UW-Whitewater on Oct. 15. He also rushed for 57 yards and a touchdown. Yaeggi threw a pair of touchdown passes to Nick Holcomb, 24 yards in the first quarter and one yard in the third quarter. His one yard touchdown run in the third quarter gave UW-La Crosse a 22-21 lead. The 33 completions set a single-game school record, breaking the mark of 32 by Nick Anker (2010) and Andy Sires (2013). Yaeggi's 49 attempts are tied for sixth-most in single-game school history, while his 401 passing yards ranks fourth. His 458 yards of total offense ranks as the third-most in single-game history.

Foster’s pick, the fourth of his career, was his first career touchdown and put the Warhawks ahead 14-6 at the 6:45 mark of the second quarter. He recorded sacks early in the third quarter and late in the fourth quarter. Foster's second sack forced a fourth-and-long, which the Eagles failed to convert.
