Favorite Sport (and why): "By far my favorite sports is basketball. It was a sport that came natural to me and I started at a young age. My entire family loves basketball so it has always been an opportunity to spend time as a family either play or watching it throughout the years. I come from a long line of basketball players in my family. My mother played for Colorado Mesa University in college and my dad had the opportunity to play in college but chose to become a firemen and go to the Fire Academy in Des Moines, IA."

Best Part of High School Sports: "Being able to play basketball at the varsity level with my younger sister Kadie and all the relationships and friendships that I have made throughout the years."

Best Advice from a High School Coach: "The best advice I have received from a high school coach was from, Coach Jason Teske, When we were waiting for my waiver to be approved or not. Coach Teske said, 'I will not only make you a better basketball player but a better person'. I had never had a coach look beyond all my athletic talent and see me for more than just a 'stud athlete' it was refreshing to have a coach want his players to be successful in all they do and reach their full potential in life."

Most Memorable moment in High School Sports: "Standing on top of the first place podium at the Wisconsin State Track meet after winning the 4x400m relay, (and also setting a new State record in the 4x400m relay)  in front of thousands, thousands of people cheering. The stands were filled with screaming fans and it was the best moment ever!"

Best Part of Being a Three Sport Athlete: "I enjoy the variety and challenge that each sport season brings and it allowed me to have a variety of opportunities to continue my athletic career in college either through basketball or track."

Toughest Part of Being a Three Sport Athlete: "You do not get a lot of down time and need to be very organized with your time, especially finding time to study or just relax"

Favorite opponent: D.C Everest

Favorite Professional Team: "I do not have a favorite team and do not have a lot of time to watch sports on TV."

Favorite Professional Athlete: "Micheal Jordan anc Charles Barkley. MJ is the GOAT and who does not want to be known as the best ever in your favorite sports. I love Charles Barkley because of his ability to make me laugh and his humor. He was known as a versatile power forward,  like myself that pushes the envelope in everything he does."

Favorite College Team: "That is an easy one, Regis University, women's basketball team!"

Cumulative GPA: 3.88

Toughest Individual to play against: "Sidney Cooks, by far was my toughest opponent. I feel I am a rather tall guard but when I played her last summer, I felt like I came to her waist."

Most admired teammate: Kadie Deaton, my little sister.

College Plans: I recently signed to play basketball for Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Activities outside of sports: "I enjoy being outside and nature. So in my rare free time, I can be found outside for sure, either 'up north' at my grandma's lake property, hiking, swimming, water skiing, tubing. I also love the mountains and enjoy hiking and downhill skiing."

I find relaxing to: Read a book or watch Netflix.

Favorite T.V. show: Vampire Diaries

Favorite Movie: Unbroken, based on a true story of true perseverance.

Fav musical artist: Whitney Houston

Favorite subject: Sociology

Favorite Restaurant: "Wendy's great american fast food burger joint. I have already scoped out, that there is a Wendy's within walking distance from my new college campus."
