Three-time Olympic Softball Gold Medalist Lisa Fernandez will headline the Woodside Sports Champions Camp to be held December 27th through the 29th at the Woodside Wisconsin Dells Center.

Fernandez was a four-time All-American at UCLA and became one of the mainstays of the US national team. She holds the Olympic record with 25 strikeouts in one game, and batted .545 during the 2004 Olympics held in Greece.

Also in attendance will be former UCLA player and current Cal State-Bakersfield graduate assistant coach Sam Duran, former Iowa State player and owner of BreakThrough Fastpitch Myndie Berka, and numerous high school and college coaches who will serve as instructors.

The three-day softball camp will feature professional instruction for all players, a meet-and-greet with instructors, on-site meals, and supervised lodging for overnight campers. Open to all ages, the camp will provide instruction on hitting, pitching, catching, infield, and outfield.

Both overnight and commuter rates are available. The cost for commuters is $225. The overnight rate will be $395 with lodging at the newly renovated Woodside Dells hotel.
