Racine Case's Koreem Ozier has been selected as the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week for the week of January 2 through 8 after a vote on WisSports.net. 

There were 5,923 votes this week, the top two vote getters each received over 2,000 votes and were separated by just ten votes. Ozier finished with 2,191 votes, while Natalie McNeal (Germantown girls basketball) tallied 2,181 votes. 

Ozier scored a career-high 50 points in the Eagles win over Kenosha Tremper, 85-47, on Friday. Koreem added 11 rebounds and 7 assists in the victory.

The senior is averaging 32.4 points per game (3rd in the state) this season for the 5-3 Eagles.
