Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN High School Basketball Awards.

The pre-season watch list previously was trimmed to 15 semi-finalists, and now five finalists for the award have been selected. Winners are announced the week of the state tournament. Finalists are eligible for just one of the five awards. There will be a total of 25 finalists for the five awards, five different players for each award.

SENIOR BOYS BASKETBALL AWARDS -- WING FINALISTS

Alex Arians, 6-4, Madison Edgewood – The athletic, versatile Arians led Edgewood to a share of the Badger South Conference title with Stoughton by averaging a team-high 18.9 ppg. The 1,000-point career scorer netted a career-high 38 points in an overtime victory over Aquinas. The South Dakota State recruit and left-handed wing proved to be equally effective sinking three-point shots or using his athleticism to get to the basket and finish above the rim.

Tyree Eady, 6-5, Middleton – Eady scored more than 1,000 points during his three-year varsity career at Middleton and averaged 22.1 ppg as a senior while helping Middleton to a third-place finish in the Big Eight Conference. The North Dakota State improved his perimeter shooting stroke while also scoring on a consistent basis off the dribble. Eady had a career-best 30 points in victories over Janesville Craig and Oak Creek.

Alec Fruin, 6-4, Beloit Turner – A four-year starter for coach Ken Watkins at Beloit Turner, Fruin is closing in on 2,000 career points as the Trojans prepare for sectional play. He is 35 points shy of 2,000 for his stellar career. The versatile wing prospect can score off the dribble, in the paint and from the perimeter. He averaged 28.0 ppg, 10.5 rpg and 3.9 apg while helping Beloit Turner to the title in the Rock Valley South Conference.

Kobe King, 6-4, La Crosse Central – One of the better offensive rebounders in Wisconsin prep basketball history, King has scored more than 1,900 points for the Red Raiders the past four seasons. The University of Wisconsin recruit is averaging 26.8 ppg for coach Todd Fergot and the top-ranked Red Raiders. He can score in a variety of ways and is perhaps the most athletic player among all high school players in Wisconsin.

Koreem Ozier, 6-0, Racine Case – A scoring wing guard with a nose for the basket, Ozier averaged a whopping 30.4 ppg as a senior for coach Stephen Jaskulske and the Eagles. Using his quickness and aggressiveness to get around defenders, Ozier scored 35 points in his final high school game, a 76-74 regional final loss to Milwaukee Riverside. Ozier scored more than 1,400 points during his stellar prep career.
