Stevens Point, defending D1 state champion, is the top-ranked team in the first WFSCA/WisSports.net Coaches Poll of the season. Oskhosh North, Kaukauna, Westosha Central, and Bay Port are also in the top five.
Division 2
New Berlin West, defending D2 state champion, is the top-ranked team in the first WFSCA/WisSports.net Coaches Poll of the season. Delavan-Darien is No. 2; while Mosinee, Baldwin-Woodville, and Monroe round of the top five.
Divison 3
Laconia, defending D3 state champion, is No. 1 in the first WFSCA/WisSports.net Coaches Poll of the season. Poynette, Bloomer, Marshall, and Lomira are also in the top five.
Division 4
Horicon is the top-ranked team in the first WFSCA/WisSports.net Coaches Poll of the season. Pacelli, Grantsburg, Juda/Albany, and Luther round out the top five. Thorp, last year's D4 state champion, is ranked No. 6 in the first coaches poll.
Divison 5
McDonell Central is No. 1 in the opening WFSCA/WisSports.net Coaches Poll of the season. De Soto, Belmont, Oakfield, and Catholic Central round out the top five of the Division 5 coaches poll.
