The Racine Horlick Rebels have been selected as the Week 3 Team of the Week following a statewide vote on WSN. The team rallied past rival Kenosha Bradford for a big Southeast Conference victory. The Rebels were chosen from a strong group of nominees in Week 3. A total of 4,648 votes were cast, as Horlick's 1,461 votes edged Wauwatosa East's 1,315.

In a match-up of resurgent Southeast Conference schools, Kenosha Bradford led Horlick 21-7 at halftime. The second half was a different story however, as Horlick scored 17 unanswered points, culminating in a 20-yard game-winning field goal from Jack Sides with just 20 seconds remaining in a 24-21 victory. The Rebels amassed 441 yards on the ground, as three players topped the century mark: Joe Garcia (164 yards), Jager Clark (135), and George Sims (123).

Remember folks, the only way your favorite team can be named WSN Team of the Week is to vote and share the word. Look for the Week 4 nominees to be posted Monday afternoon.
