Champions were crowned at the 2017 WIAA Boys Soccer State Championships at Uihlein Soccer Park in Milwaukee.

Marquette continued its incredible run with a seventh consecutive Division 1 state title, as the Hilltoppers have now won 13 overall since joining the WIAA in 2000. Marquette had to go to overtime to dismiss Madison West in a semi-final, winning 2-1. In the championship match, the Hilltoppers would defeat Arrowhead 2-1 as well.

Whitefish Bay completed one of the most dominating seasons in state history with a third straight Division 1 championship. The Blue Dukes had no problems with New Richmond in the semi-finals, 5-0, then blasted Oregon 6-1 in the title game.

In Division 3, Mount Horeb edged defending champion Delavan-Darien, the team that had beaten the Vikings in the title game last year, to win a second championship in the last three years.

The Prairie School won its sixth state title overall and first since 2014, beating Sturgeon Bay 1-0 in the Division 4 state championship game.
