Lodi running back Jacob Heyroth finished his senior season in style, helping the Blue Devils to a Division 4 state title. He moved into fourth place on the state's single-season rushing list with 2,909 yards on 31 carries, rushing for 36 touchdowns. Also of note, Iola-Scandinavia junior Bryce Huettner is now fifth on the state's single-season rushing list with 2,830 yards. A staggering total of 15 players eclipsed the 2,000-yard mark this season. Since WSN started tracking statewide stats in 2007, the previous high for 2,000-yard rushers in a season was ten.

Turtle Lake fell in Level 1 of the playoffs, but senior quarterback Jonah Kahl posted one of the best passing seasons in state history, throwing for 3,430 yards and 45 touchdowns. His yardage total is fifth in state history, while his 45 touchdowns place him third.

Lake Mills senior wide receiver Hayden Iverson had a special connection with quarterback Ben Dunkleberger, and it paid off in a big way as Iverson set a new state record with 27 receiving touchdowns this year. He finished with 77 catches for 1,573 yards, a figure that places him fifth on the state's single-season receiving yardage list. Tyler Reichel of Necedah hauled in 106 passes in just nine regular season games this year, which ties him for third on the state's single-season list.
