The WSN15 series will celebrate the 15th Anniversary of WisSports.net by looking back at the top players, teams, and moments of the past 15 years (2003-2017).

We begin our WSN15 boys' basketball series with the Top 15 Moments of the WSN Era.

Filling out a stat sheet was always a strength when TJ Bray took the court to play a game of basketball.

The versatile 6-foot-4 guard could score, rebound, pass and defend, and his level of production and consistency was at an all-time high when his Catholic Memorial Crusaders competed in the 2010 WIAA Division 2 State Tournament at the Kohl Center in Madison.

With his talented Catholic Memorial squad taking on Sauk Prairie in the state semifinals, Bray finished with 25 points, 12 rebounds and 3 assists as the Crusaders held off the Eagles, 52-49.

A day later in the Division 2 title game, Bray turned in one of the more memorable performances in state-tournament history as he finished with 20 points, 12 rebounds, 6 steals and 5 assists to help the Crusaders cap a 27-2 season with a 60-48 victory over Maple Northwestern.

In addition to his impressive statistics, Bray was the emotional team leader for Catholic Memorial and the decisions he made with the ball in his hands almost always ended up being positive for coach Dean Bellanti and the Crusaders, who won the Classic Eight Conference championship with a 14-0 record with a talented backcourt that also included Derek Schell, who went on to play at NCAA Division II Hillsdale College.

Despite being ranked behind several players who ended up playing at high-major NCAA Division I schools, Bray was chosen by the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association as the 2010 recipient of the coveted Mr. Basketball award, in large part because of his team play and his ability to contribute heavily in so many different areas of the game.

Bray went on to have a terrific collegiate career at Princeton of the Ivy League, scoring more than 1,000 points and earning unanimous first-team all-league honors as a senior.

Though it has been eight years since Bray led Catholic Memorial to the WIAA Division 2 championship, he continues to play basketball. After stints in Italy and Belgium, Bray currently is playing professional basketball in Greece.
