Below are the PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees for the week of February 12 through 18. Voting is open until Thursday at 4pm, so be sure to vote for who you feel is most deserving and spread the word. Users may vote once per day.

PlayInTheDells.com Athlete of the Week Nominees: February 12-18

J.C. Butler, The Prairie School boys basketball: Butler scored 30 points in Saturday's 90-70 win over Chicago DeLaSalle at the inaugural Wisconsin vs. Illinois Border Battle held at The Prairie School in Racine. On Thursday, he tallied 35 points in a 73-45 win against Saint Thomas More. J.C. is the son of former NBA player Caron Butler. The senior and UC-Irvine recruit is averaging 26.9 points and 8.3 rebounds per game for the Hawks, 17-4 overall and 14-1 in the Metro Classic. 

Noah Hanson, Eau Claire North boys basketball: Hanson scored a career-best 39 points in the Huskies' win over D.C. Everest on Friday. He shot 14 of 25 from the field, including going 11 of 17 from behind the arc. Noah scored 34 of the 39 in the first half. On Tuesday, he finished with 14 points in a victory against Eau Claire Memorial, 55-39. The senior and UW-River Falls recruit is averaging 17.9 points per game and has made 72 three-pointers for the Huskies, 17-3 overall and 9-2 in the Big Rivers. 

McKenzie Johnson, Bay Port girls basketball: Johnson netted a team-high 17 points to help lead Bay Port past Ashwaubenon, 67-61, and clinch the FRCC title. This is the Pirates' first conference title since they won the Bay title in 2004. Johnson, a sophomore, is averaging 12.7 points per game with 35 three-pointers, to go along with 2.6 steals per contest. Bay Port is 17-5 overall and captured the FRCC title with a 14-4 record. 

Olivia Sobczak, Oconomowoc girls basketball: Sobczak scored a career-high 35 points and added 17 rebounds in Saturday's double overtime win against Waukesha South, 69-68. She also netted 18 points in a 66-56 win over Catholic Memorial, and scored 8 points in a loss to D1 No. 2 Mukwonago, 61-38, last week. Sobczak, a 6-foot sophomore forward, is averaging 19.1 points per game for Oconomowoc, 13-9 overall and 10-6 in the Classic Eight. 

McKenna Warnock, Monona Grove girls basketball: Warnock recorded a 40-point triple-double in the Silver Eagles' 82-72 win over Madison Edgewood on Thursday. The 6-foot-2 guard tallied 40 points, 19 rebounds, 12 blocks, and 5 steals in the victory. McKenna also became the all-time leading scorer at Monona Grove (girls and boys). Warnock, ranked No. 1 in the class of 2019 by WisSports.net, is averaging 28.6 points, 12.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.4 steals and 2.6 blocks per game for the Silver Eagles, 12-10 overall and 6-8 in the Badger-South.
