These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.

NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
We may give notice to our users by means of a general notice on any WSN Site, electronic mail to a user's e-mail address on our records, or by written communication sent by first-class mail to a user's address on our records.

Subscription Service Agreement

Subscription content services on WisSports.net are non-refundable. Subscriptions that are recurring must be cancelled by the customer before the anniversary date of their subscription.

If it is determined that a subscriber is abusing the subscription by sharing their login credentials with multiple people we reserve the right to cancel their subscription without a refund.

If you do not follow the rules of our site and the forum rules as stated below, you may have your account removed and subscription voided without a refund.

Just like all content on WisSports.net, content that is part of our subscription service may not be copied or republished anywhere without consent of WSN. If a subscriber violates this policy we reserve the right to cancel their subscription without a refund.

If upgrading from a one sport subscription to the all-sports subscription, your account will be credited with the amount that is left on your current subscription, with the amount being applied to the all-sports subscription.

Forum & Article Comments Agreement

When you register you are required to give a small amount of information, most of which is optional.  Name, email, address information and phone number are mandatory. - You will not be approved if you do not enter in this information.  This contact information will not be shared with any forum users but is necessary to ensure that we can identify those who break forum rules. If you provide false identification we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your forum membership.

Agreeing to be a member of the forum automatically opts you in to receive a monthly WSN newsletter. If you choose to no longer receive this monthly newsletter we have the right to cancel or suspend your forum membership. You will also automatically opt-in to receive sponsor offers from us but this can be canceled through your profile at any time at no penalty.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum and their agents with respect to any claim based upon any post you may make. No Personal Attacks or negativity towards any coach, player, fan, town, school, etc. This includes negativity towards players ("he sucks", "she is overrated", "he is dumb as rocks", etc) and rash generalizations about fans or locations ("fans from that town are all stupid", "worst band in the conference", etc)
2. No Profanity. This includes using special characters to spell out swear words, if you have to us a $ or an @ to spell a word it probably means you shouldn't be using it.
3. No Bashing referees in any shape, way or form
4. No racial / sexist / stereotype comments whatsoever
5. Don't post just to post. This includes going into a topic and saying "no one cares about ____"
6. No comments about personal matters. This includes posts about rumors ("I heard they got kicked off the team for ____"). This also includes posts about appearance of people such as "hottest guy in conference", etc.
7. Do not impersonate a player, coach or fan.
8. Respect other people's ability to disagree. Conversely, if you're going to disagree with someone, do it intelligently and respectfully.
9. Respect other people's right to talk about other sports and other levels of sports such as JV/Fresh/Middle School/Youth By registering to use this forum you meet the above criteria and agree to abide by all of the above rules and policies.
