Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN Senior Baseball Awards.

The pre-season watch list has been trimmed down to five finalists. Winners are announced the week of the spring baseball state tournament.

WSN Senior Baseball Awards -- Pitcher Finalists:

Trey Krause, Burlington -- Krause is an outstanding two-way player who was the Southern Lakes Player of the Year this season. On the mound, he went 6-0 with a 0.55 ERA in seven starts, adding a pair of saves in 51 1/3 innings. He struck out 96 and walked just 11. The Illinois State commit also hit better than .400 this season.

Connor Langreder, West De Pere -- Langreder joins junior Benjamin Hampton for one of the top pitching duos in the state. An Honorable Mention All-State choice last season, Langreder was a perfect 8-0 with a 0.47 ERA for the Phantoms as a senior. In 45 innings, he struck out 76 batters to help the team to the Division 2 state tournament.

Connor Prielipp, Tomah -- Prielipp had a strong commitment to the University of Alabama, or the lefty would have been selected much sooner than the 37th round as he was by the Red Sox in this month's MLB Draft. Bringing 90+ mile per hour heat, he struck out 118 batters in 49 1/3 innings during the regular season then added another 48 strikeouts in three playoff appearances.

Hunter Rosenbaum, Webster -- The West Virginia commit was dominant this year to the tune of 88 strikeouts in 49 1/3 innings, going a perfect 10-0 while not allowing a single earned run. Rosenbaum gave up just 13 hits this year while also batting .434 at the plate.

Jack Washburn, Webster -- It doesn't seem fair for a Division 4 team to have two players on this list, but Washburn teams with Rosenbaum to give the Tigers a pair of elite, Division 1 college talents. An Oregon State commit, he struck out 111 batters in 55 innings this year. Going 11-0 on the mound, he allowed just one earned run, good for a 0.13 ERA. Washburn was a part of five no-hitters this year, including three solo no-no's. That includes five-inning no-hitters against Northwood in regionals and Thorp in a Sectional Final. He also knocked six homers this year with 45 BI and a 1.558 OPS.
