Wisconsin Sports Network is proud to showcase the WSN Senior Baseball Awards.

The pre-season watch list has been trimmed down to five finalists. Winners are announced the week of the spring baseball state tournament.

WSN Senior Baseball Awards -- Infielder/Catcher Finalists:

Seth Coker, Athens -- The WBCA Division 4 Player of the Year last season, Coker has already been a part of two state titles. He's hitting .594 as a senior heading into the state tournament with 13 extra-base hits, 22 RBI, a .671 on-base percentage and 1.561 OPS. Oh, and he's been successful on all 16 of his stolen base attempts. Coker also leads the team in wins, innings pitched, and strikeouts on the mound.

Shane Ryan, Markesan -- Ryan was so good this year that he received strong consideration for a finalist spot for not only the infielder list, but also the pitcher list on WSN. At the plate, he hit .377 with three home runs and a 1.130 OPS. Ryan also posted an 11-0 record on the mound with a 0.46 ERA and 101 strikeouts for the state-bound Hornets.

Beau Schumacher, Kimberly -- Schumacher repeated as a unanimous First Team All-Conference selection in the Fox Valley Association, and after earning Honorable Mention All-State recognition from the WBCA last season, more accolades could be coming his way before it's all done.

Justin Sedin, Northwestern -- Sedin was the Heart O'North Conference Player of the Year as a senior. One of the most productive offensive players in the state, he smashed six home runs with 50 RBI in just 23 games. The senior slugger batted .547 and posted an impressive 1.468 OPS.

Nate Stevens, Waunakee -- Stevens was a huge part of last year's Division 1 state championship for Waunakee and posted another huge season as a senior. He earned First Team All-Conference recognition for a third straight year, adding Badger-North Player of the Year honors in 2019.
