Sammie Seib, Catholic Central girls volleyball: Catholic Central is ranked one spot ahead of McDonell in Division 4 as of last week's poll. Sammie has been incredible all season leading the volleyball squad. In a 3-0 Metro Classic Conference sweep of The Prairie School, she had 15 kills and three aces. Over the weekend, Sammie recorded 78 kills as Catholic Central took home a first place finish at the Oostburg Invite.

Lauren Pansegrau, Middleton girls cross country: Lauren took home a first place finish at the 5,000 meter course of the Stoughton Invite over the weekend. In doing so, she beat defending Division 1 state champion Genevieve Nashold of Madison West. Lauren's time of 18 minutes and five seconds not only took home gold, but gave Nashold her first loss this year in Wisconsin.

Isaac Lindsey, Mineral Point football: Isaac was superb yet again at the quarterback position for the undefeated Mineral Point football team. In a 52-22 win over new SWAL foe Aquinas, Isaac went 11 of 16 through the air for 304 yards and five touchdowns. He added a rushing touchdown as well. Isaac has the undefeated Pointers tied atop the SWAL standings with Lancaster.

Erich Legut, Waukesha West boys soccer: Waukesha West is ranked fourth in Division 1 this week, and Erich has been a key reason to the success this year. In a 3-2 win over Whitnall, Erich secured his fifth hat trick of the season, scoring all three goals. He then netted another two goals in a 3-1 win over Milwaukee Carmen South on Saturday.
