By Travis Wilson

Gavin Lisowe of Chilton has been selected as the Level 2 Player of the Week following a statewide vote on WisSports.net. His big day Tigers take down second-seeded Kewaunee on the road. He was chosen from a strong group of nominees in Level 2. A total of 8,344 votes were cast, as Lisowe's 3,300 were enough to edge second place Jon Verhasselt of Freedom, who tallied 2,988 votes.

Chilton went on the road and took down second-seeded Kewaunee 41-26 to advance to Level 3. Gavin Lisowe was all over the place, accounting for five touchdowns in the game. Four of them came on the ground, as he rushed for 257 yards on just 12 carries. He'd add three catches for 77 yards and a score as well, contributing three tackles on defense and 52 punt return yards.

Remember folks, the only way your favorite player can be named WisSports.net Player of the Week is to vote and share the word. Look for the Level 3 nominees to be posted Monday afternoon.
